We handle procurement of quality live farm-fresh Louisiana crawfish, seasoned to perfection with our signature blend of spices. Our services include boiling on-site or delivering hot and ready-to-serve crawfish, along with all the classic fixings like corn, potatoes, and sausage.

We ensure every batch is cooked to perfection, and we provide all necessary equipment for cooking and serving (i.e plates and napkins).  Please note: Guest tables, chairs, event decorations, trash cans are the responsibility of the customer.
