My Background & Experience

Born and raised in Seattle, WA, I developed a deep appreciation for the city's vibrant seafood and sushi culture. After moving to Atlanta, I began my journey as a sushi chef, training under Chef David Lam and Chef Evi Lopez at RA Sushi from 2014 to 2017.

With over a decade in the hospitality industry, I set out to bring the sushi restaurant experience directly to my clients. My passion for sushi extends beyond food—it's an art form. I take pride in crafting unique, high-quality dishes while building strong connections with my guests.
