CHEF'S TASTING MENU
The tasting menu showcases a wide array of techniques and flavors offered by Chef John Simon Jr. Your menu will begin with an appetizer, followed by a salad, then a fish dish, a meat dish, and finally, a lip-smacking dessert. Our portions are sized so that guests can comfortably sample and enjoy all the courses. Special requests and dietary restrictions will be taken into account when designing the menu. Wine pairing is also available.

Starting my career in the restaurant business in 1990 has been one of the best decisions in my life. A summer job that turned into a 29 years and counting career, I'm one of the lucky ones who found his passion at a very you age to pursue my dream.
From being a line cook in New Jersey to going to New York Restaurant School, to being trained by Giuliano Hazan and Kevin Haeger and eventually reaching my goal of becoming an Executive Chef in Manhattan, I’ve done it all. Along the way, placing first at several competitions was icing on the cake. My family and I have now moved from NYC to South Carolina to bring my culinary expertise to your table.
