Culinary Education
Classically trained in culinary arts from Onondaga Community College and Florida International University I've gained my knowledge of the industry in restaurants/catering throughout New York, South Carolina, Florida, and now Georgia. Living and breathing the industry I've not only worked in various culinary establishments but I'm recognized as ServSafe certified. Recently, earning my title as a Personal Certified Executive Chef (PCEC) from the American Culinary Federation. My work as a chef pushed me into wine and becoming a certified sommelier. My independent study has resulted in success through the Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET II, and the Wine Scholar Guild Spanish Certification.

Professional Experience
Over the last 7 years, I've had the pleasure of working as a line cook, climbing the ranks to sous chef and then executive chef of various establishments in private catering, and notable restaurants such as the Fontainebleau and TAO Downtown Restaurant. Over the last 3 years, I have branched out independently creating and cooking menus that entice imagination, creativity, and authenticity.
Specialties and Signature Dishes
My specialties include a modern take on culinary classics with the help of local and fresh ingredients that enhance innovative menus with signature dishes such as white wine mussels, poached pears, and gourmet-style charcuterie spreads. Also, I'm known for original modifications for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free diets.
