Based in the beautiful coastal city of Savannah, GA, Chef Nyjee Delores curates in-home dining experiences that blend authentic storytelling, creative cuisine, and expertly paired wines. Classically trained in culinary arts at Onondaga Community College and Florida International University, Nyjee has honed her skills in restaurants and catering across New York, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. Her dedication to the craft led her to earn the title of Personal Certified Executive Chef (PCEC) from the American Culinary Federation and become ServSafe certified.
Her passion for food naturally extended into wine, leading to certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET II, and the Wine Scholar Guild (Spanish Certification). Over the past seven years, she has climbed the ranks from line cook to sous chef to executive chef at renowned establishments, including Fontainebleau and TAO Downtown. Now working independently, she designs imaginative and innovative menus, specializing in modern takes on culinary classics using fresh, local ingredients. Her signature dishes include white wine mussels, poached pears, and gourmet charcuterie spreads, along with custom modifications for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free diets.
