Chef Share is a new concept built on age-old Southern hospitality. Whether you prefer family-friendly classics or refined takes on Lowcountry cuisine, Chef Sarah will work with you and your household to discover the custom dishes and wine pairings which best fit your palate.
Each curated, multi-course meal will be hand-delivered to your home once a week in sustainably packaged containers. The frequency may also be adjusted depending on your family’s schedule and travels. With a focus on seasonal ingredients and time-honored relationships forged with local farmers and artisans, Chef Share makes every family meal feel truly exceptional.
Chef Sarah has been a part of the Charleston food scene since her early days as a hostess in high school, where she first gained a love and appreciation for the hospitality industry. After graduating from the College of Charleston, Sarah did the unexpected: she started working in the kitchen. After two years at the renowned Peninsula Grill, she walked through the doors at the award-winning Fig, where she worked her way from prep cook to sous chef over the course of her eight year tenure. With the blessings of her James Beard award-winning mentors, Sarah began channeling her energy into making a name for herself as a chef. With creative takes on pop-ups and group dining — as well as her ability to fill the void for a refined, freelance chef in the national market — she has become a culinary force to be reckoned with.
Over the past decade, Sarah has become known not only for her cuisine, but for her savvy social media influence and support for both southern food and women chefs to be part of the national conversation. Having raised more than $70,000 and counting for a grant to benefit the continuing education of women in hospitality, her passion for food and inclusion are very much intertwined. No stranger to public-facing roles, Sarah also showed off her skills in mainstream media as both chef and host of the Food Network pilot “Charleston Chow.” Additionally, she was an assistant culinary producer and food stylist of the network's “Delicious Miss Brown” for seasons 2 and 4. Sarah continues to call Charleston home and lives there with her husband and two sons, who might very well be the best well-fed guys in the “Holy City.”
