We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve the Platform.

We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, facilitate connections between Hosts and Providers, process payments through our payment processor (Stripe), send transactional communications such as booking confirmations and quote notifications, and provide customer support.
3. Information Sharing
We share limited information between Hosts and Providers to facilitate bookings, such as event details and contact information. We share payment information with Stripe to process transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
4. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. YesChef Booking does not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use Supabase for our database infrastructure and enforce row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and ensure the Platform functions correctly. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies may be used to understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve it.
